At the initial stage of work on the project, when there is just the idea of future construction, the customer’s wishes may not coincide with the requirements of construction regulations. For this there is a stage “conceptual design”, which involves the production of project documentation.
The basis during its development are the initial data, which are determined by the requirements for architectural, environmental, structural and urban solutions. Let us consider in more detail what the “Draft design” stage includes:
